3. ‘Star Wars’ Film Draft By November
Star Wars movies have been put on pause as the WGA and SAG strikes have been in effect. With the writers back on board it does mean Star Wars movies in whatever state they might be in are now back in the works and there are rumors of what is going on inside the halls of Lucasfilm. According to Star Wars News Net it is rumored that Steven Knight the writer of the Rey New Jedi Order film is set to turn in a draft sometime between Halloween and Thanksgiving.
Not much is known about the New Jedi Order film only that it will have Rey teach a new generation of Jedi 15 years post The Rise of Skywalker. Hopefully, this and more Star Wars movies will be making their way to theaters in the future.

2. ‘Sims 4’ Expansion Leak Suggests It Will Introduce Rental Properties
Much like Crusader Kings, The Sims 4 is in perpetual expansion, with new packs and expansions coming out every year. It’s also known that The Sims 5 will be coming soon, and EA has said that they plan to continue developing The Sims 4 alongside it.
That said, it was leaked recently that the next Sims 4 expansion will center around rental properties. While this already exists, of sorts, in other expansions, the internet seems to believe this newest expansion, possibly called ‘For Rent’, will allow players to manage and own rental property to earn passive income.
This has not been confirmed by EA, and with a supposed release of December 2023, there isn’t much time left to find out.

1. Ubisoft Is Expected To Delay An Upcoming Game
Ubisoft is a big name in the games industry. They are not a stranger to big games, or even series, as two of their most popular games are the Assassin’s Creed series and the Far Cry series. They are also the studio developing the newest Star Wars game, Star Wars Outlaws. The game was supposed to release sometime in early 2024, but now it could be delayed.
Ubisoft recently had an earnings call, revealing that an upcoming large game will not be released by the end of this fiscal year (March 31, 2024). The game may now be released during the next fiscal year, which is anything between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025. A report from Kotaku revealed that they were hoping to release it in this fiscal year, but that release date felt too ambitious, according to sources that are close to the project.
Ubisoft has three major releases planned for the rest of this fiscal year, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage, which has already been released, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora which is due out in December, and their delayed pirate adventure, Skull & Bones, which has been once again delayed into the fourth quarter of the fiscal year.
All signs point to Star Wars Outlaws being delayed. While the game looks like it will be a lot of fun, I would rather have a delay to make it a perfect game, than come out rushed. Hopefully, the delay is only a bit into 2024, so we don't have to wait too long.
