Production Has Shut Down For The Day For 'Daredevil: Born Again'
Writers Guild of America (WGA) picketers shut down filming for Disney+’s Daredevil: Born Again at Silvercup East. This is the second time the production has been shut down due to picketers; the first time was on May 8 at Silvercup East, as members from Teamster Local 817 and IATSE Locals 829 and 512 continued to stay on their side of the line. And due to their combined efforts, production for the revival was halted for a week.
Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled for an eighth-month shoot in and around New York City to keep Marvel Studios on track in its ever-evolving release list. Due to the strike between the WGA and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers, this now marks the second disruption since the strike began on May 2.
