We Did It, Everyone, Good Work. 'Coyote Vs. Acme' Will See The Light Of Day

Yet another Warner Bros. Discovery film, and yet another Looney Tunes project to boot, will see the light of day thanks to Ketchup Entertainment.
Initially caught in the cost-cutting crossfire post-mega-merger between Warner Bros. and Discovery where it was sacrificed for the sake of a tax break, Coyote Vs. Acme will finally be coming to theatres. A similar fate, and salvation, occurred with the film The Day The Earth Blew Up, which was bought by Ketchup Entertainment for release to the public. The film is currently in theatres and is enjoying a generally positive run with high audience praise.
Unlike The Day The Earth Blew Up though, Coyote Vs. Acme is closer to other Warner Bros. Looney Tunes films like Space Jam and Looney Tunes: Back in Action. A blend of live action and animation, the film follows a fed-up Wile E. Coyote suing the Acme corporation for the continued failure of their many thousands of products in his pursuit of the Road Runner. Starring alongside him is Will Forte as the canine’s lawyer, while John Cena plays the attorney for Acme and Forte’s character’s former boss. Another actor connected to the film is Lana Condor, though her role is uncertain.
There’s no word yet on exactly when the film will be released, but sometime in the future is certainly better than never!
