LA Spin-Off Of 'Suits' Premieres In February
Suits was a popular legal drama that aired on the cable channel USA Network from 2011 to 2019. It has maintained its popularity since the series ended, enough so that NBC greenlit a spin-off. Suits: L.A. has generated a fair bit of buzz, and a release date has finally been announced! According to NBC, the new series will premiere on February 23, 2025, at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT and will air weekly after.
Suits was added to the Netflix and Peacock streaming catalogs and quickly garnered success, becoming the most-watched title on a streaming platform in 2023 with over 57 billion minutes of watch time. Following this success, on February 1, 2024, NBC announced that a pilot for Suits: L.A. was officially in the works. Aaron Korsch, the creator of the original series, will be a part of the executive production team, along with Doug Liman, David Bartis, and Gene Klein. Victoria Mahoney will direct the pilot.
