Disney Unveils Trailer For Pixar's 'Win Or Lose' At D23

Let’s get ready to play ball, as Pixar takes us all out to their latest production. A teaser trailer for their first original animated series, Win or Lose, has been released during the D23 expo. The trailer shows off the middle school baseball setting and several of the characters, including Coach Dan, as voiced by Will Forte Though Pixar had made a few shows based on their movies, Win or Lose is a wholly original project. This may be the beginning of a new era for Pixar’s television and Disney+ series, especially with their more recent successes at the box office.
Win or Lose is centered around a co-ed middle school baseball team, in the week leading up to a big championship game. Each episode follows the same events of the week as experienced by a different member of the team, their parents, and the umpire, all in different art styles. In addition to Will Forte, the cast includes Izaac Wang, Ian Chen, Jo Firestone, Milan Ray, Josh Thomson, Erin Keif and Rosie Foss. The show was created by Carrie Hobson and Michael Yates and is set for release on Disney+ at an unknown time. Here’s hoping the team at Pixar can net another Homerun.
