2. A Rough Timeline For The Release oF 'Beyond The Spider-Verse' And Update On 'Spider-Man 4'

The Cosmic Circus held a Q&A this August in their Discord server, allowing people to ask questions to Alex Perez—a writer for the site who hears a lot within the industry. Many questions were asked relating to Marvel Studios projects, with quite a few relating to Spider-Man 4. Aside from the sequel to Spider-Man: No Way Home, a question was asked about when fans can expect Spider-Man: Beyond the Spiderverse to be released.

Perez said of the Sony Pictures Animation-produced film, “They’re working hard on it, and I’m hearing many cool things for it. As for a potential release, I’m hearing we’re still 2-3 years out.” That timeframe seems a bit long when some were hoping for a 2025 date. However, it also doesn’t seem so surprising considering a voice actor for the film revealed earlier this month that it was currently in production and that voice recording would happen in a few months.

As for the other Spider-Man project, the No Way Home sequel is said to have seen a story shift, according to Perez. The original story is potentially being saved for post-Secret Wars stories. The directors for Spider-Man 4 aren’t known at present, but Perez had heard Marvel is looking at a certain pair who he doesn’t name.

1. 'Moon Knight' Season 2 Has Movement

Disney has a bad habit of only doing one season of their shows. This applies to both Marvel and Star Wars shows. This isn’t the case for all the shows on Disney+ however, as shows like Loki, and The Mandalorian have both received multiple seasons. However, the shows people want a second season for, aren’t as lucky. One of these shows is Moon Knight. Fans have been wanting a second season ever since Jake Lockely, the third alter, was introduced in the finale. There have been many rumors regarding the second season, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

A new rumor suggests however that there has been some movement when it comes to Moon Knight season 2. The Cosmic Circus reveals a Discord Q&A with Alex Perez, where he revealed that there has been “some movement on the second season”. That is all that has been revealed, however, and nothing has been confirmed regarding a season 2.

We won’t know officially about a season 2 until we hear it from Marvel Studios themselves. Fans want a second season and hopefully, we get one. The show definitely deserves one, as there is still more story to tell. For now, fans can continue to dream about seeing Steven Grant/Marc Spector in the future.
