The Update Trailer For 'Sonic Frontiers: The Final Horizon' Has Been Released

Upon the release of the last update for Sonic Frontiers titled Sonic Frontiers: The Final Horizon, a trailer for the update was released. This trailer focuses on the gameplay featured in this expansion of the game. New cyberspace levels were revealed in the trailer, and the gameplay styles for Amy, Knuckles, and Tails were shown as well. Amy’s gameplay is shown to be platform-heavy and utilizing her hammer and tarot cards for combat, Tails’ gameplay focuses on his flight ability and features the return of the Cyclone from Sonic Adventure 2, and Knuckles’ gameplay appears to focus more on combat and features the echidna’s punching abilities.

The trailer ends with yet another glimpse at Sonic’s new Super Sonic form, with Sage narrating that the trials in the new story would be grueling, a fitting description for the increased difficulty of the expansion. Sonic Frontiers: The Final Horizon has been highly anticipated, and this trailer added to the already immense hype, with most of it focusing on the inclusion of a playable Amy, Tails, and Knuckles, a first in over a decade for the mainline series. This final update for the title was released on September 28th and is currently available for all current owners of the title.
