Calling All Barbies And Kens, 'Barbie' Officially Has A Digital Release Date

Come on Barbie, let’s go to a digital party! Get your pink ready y’all, Barbie and all her friends, including Ken are expected to be released digitally on September 5, 2023! Specifics regarding what streaming service platforms fans can expect to find them on have not been released just yet. We know, however, that the Warner Bros. Pictures/Mattel Production film, Barbie will drop to Max sometime this fall and is currently available for pre-order on Amazon for $19.99. Fans will be able to see firsthand what it means “to live in Barbie Land [and] to be a perfect being in a perfect place. Unless you have a full-on existential crisis. Or you’re a Ken” in the comfort of their own home in just three short weeks.

Barbie is based on ‘Barbie’ by Mattel and is written by Greta Gerwig and Noah Baumbach, with Greta Gerwig in the director’s chair. The highly anticipated and well-reviewed summer blockbuster has an all-star ensemble cast, including Margot Robbie, Issa Rae, Alexandra Shipp, Hari Nef, Ana Cruz Kayne, Dua Lipa, Nicola Coughlan, Ritu Arya, Sharon Rooney, Emma Mackey, and Kate McKinnon as Barbie with Ryan Gosling, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Scott Evans, John Cena, Ncuti Gatwa, and Simu Liu as Ken.
