‘Fantastic Four’ Cast Rumors

The Fantastic Four is Marvel’s first family, and a fan favorite to many Marvel fans comics and otherwise. Out of any of the MCU movies we have on the docket none is more anticipated than The Fantastic Four. A return for the family after years of not being part of the MCU, fans are hyped to one day see who will be playing these iconic characters. Now up front, it is important to know that there might not be any movement on casting as SAG-AFTRA is on strike as part of the wider Hollywood shutdown alongside the WGA.

According to insider Jeff Sneider, several names have been chosen as the final cast for The Fantastic Four, such as Vanessa Kirby and Sue Storm. Others have been cast but Sneider has yet to reveal any of the names as of yet in order to get his sources correct. It also has been rumored Galactus himself may be the main villain of the piece.

‘Wonder Woman 3’ Is Being Developed By Gal Gadot, James Gunn, And Peter Safran

Since James Gunn and Peter Safran took over the reins of DC amid the turmoil of the Warner Bros. and Discovery Merger that saw the complete upending of DC, all sorts of information have floated around the internet about the future of DC movies. We all know that Henry Cavill is out as Superman and will be succeeded by David Corenswet, and we know the first slate of movies to come.

One of the biggest surprises, and maybe upsets, was the scrapping of Patty Jenkins’ third installment of the Wonder Woman movies. Since then it’s been up in the air about whether Gal Gadot will continue the role or not.

Now, according to an interview she gave before the SAG-AFTRA strike about her movie Heart of Stone on Netflix, Gadot claims that as she understands it, she will be developing the movie alongside James Gunn and Peter Safran.

Whether this means she will play the role is unknown. She does say she loves playing the part. What that means about the movie-making industry is up in the air, but it could mean she will continue to play the role. We’ll learn more as the DC reboot starts with Superman: Legacy.

‘Elder Scrolls: Oblivion’ Remake Is In Development

The Elder Scrolls series hasn’t had a new game since Skyrim in 2011. The sixth installment of the Elder Scrolls series is currently in development, however, fans will be waiting a long time until Bethesda’s new game in the series is released. There has been limited news about it, and it will be a few years until anything is released. However, fans might not have to wait too long for another Elder Scrolls title, as a remake of the hit fourth game, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion is rumored to be in development.

Oblivion is nearly two decades old and was a technical achievement for the game studio Bethesda at the time. It also became one of the most successful Western RPGs after its release. A recent leak shows that fans might not have to wait too much longer for a new Elder Scrolls game, as the leaks hint that a remake might be coming before the newest game. Someone on Reddit, who claimed to be a former employee of Virtuos Games, has claimed that the remake is indeed in development. Skyrim has already had a remake, so Bethesda could be looking to take a similar approach to Oblivion.

The remake is currently being called ‘Altar’, and is using a combination of Unreal Engine 5 and the existing engine of the original game. However, the studio has not decided if it should be a full remake of the game or instead just a remaster. If it's indeed just a remaster, then a release date of 2024 could be possible. If they decide to go the remake route, then a release date of 2025 is more likely.
