2. A ‘Midnight Suns’ Movie Could Be Coming From Marvel With The Rumor That Ghost Rider Is In The Search

There’s still a lot of uncertainty in the Marvel realm with all the reversals and changes to the releases coming up in the next few years. With the Kang business and Johnathan Majors’ legal issues to Iger pulling back from TV shows, there’s just so much unknown about the next few phases of the MCU.

Now rumors are going around that Feige wants an A-list actor to play Ghost Rider in an upcoming MCU project. There’s a good chance that the project could be the Midnight Suns. For one, it appeared on a leaked list a few years back as being on Marvel’s slate in the coming years. For another, Ghost Rider is a member of the group, along with Blade, who we know is getting a movie, as well as Doctor Strange, and we know the mutants are coming as well.

There’s further fuel for the fire as well. Apparently Ryan Gosling has expressed a desire to play Ghost Rider. It’s also been rumored that he met with Marvel execs, and Feige would love to find him a place in the MCU.

Altogether, there seems to be some credence to the Ghost Rider and Midnight Suns rumors that are swirling around Marvel Studios. The video game adaptation of the Marvel Super team was rather successful, and perhaps that can translate to the silver screen.

1. Jeffrey Wright Will Play The Watcher In 'The Fantastic Four' Movie

We are back with more rumors regarding the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. Before the main cast was announced, there were plenty of rumors as to who was playing those characters, now the rumors surround those who will be playing the other characters in the movie. Most recently, a new rumor suggests that actor Jeffrey Wright will be playing the role of The Watcher.

Uatu, or The Watcher is part of a highly advanced race of cosmic beings who have agreed to watch and never interfere. He was given the task of watching over Earth, and while he mainly does that, he also helps the heroes on the planet, especially the Fantastic Four. He helps them against their biggest threats, such as Molecule Man, and Galactus. There is another rumor about Galactus appearing in the film, and about who is playing them. If The Watcher rumor comes true, then it would make sense, as he could help them against the threat of Galactus.

If this is true, this will be the first time we have seen The Watcher in live-action. He was most recently seen in Disney’s What If…? series. Jeffrey Wright would also be an excellent casting choice for this character, and as we get closer to the development of the film, we should expect to see more casting announcements.
