Troy Baker Reportedly Working With Neil Druckmann On Naughty Dog's New Game
Naughty Dog, the game studio behind Uncharted and The Last of Us, is in the midst of tackling a new project. The game is currently still untitled, but Troy Baker has already signed on, who is perhaps best known for his role with the studio as Joel in The Last of Us games. Since the first The Last of Us, Baker has worked with Naughty Dog and studio president Neil Druckmann on every game they’ve put out.
Baker has been nominated for five BAFTA Games Awards: The Last of Us, Far Cry 4, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, Death Stranding, and The Last of Us Part II. He also obtained his first DICE Award nomination for The Last of Us and later won a DICE Award for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor.

Naughty Dog has confirmed that they have “more than one ambitious, brand new single player game” in development now. However, this came at the cost of halting work on The Last of Us Online, as the studio didn’t have the means to continually update content on the multiplayer scope The Last of Us Online would have required.
Bethesda and MachineGames will soon be releasing Baker’s newest project, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, on December 9, 2024.
