New 'Pokémon Go' Season To Feature Black And White Pokémon
Grab your Poké Balls because Pokémon Go has just announced a new season. Titled “Dual Destiny”, this season will focus on Pokémon from Pokémon Black and White’s Unova region, set to be featured in the next Go Tour event. Also included along for the ride is Sinistea, the Black Tea Pokémon, a ghost type in the shape of a teacup. Sinister debuted in Sword and Shield long after the Unova games. Presumably, the Ghost type was chosen due to its Antique and Forgery forms; these are simply cosmetic, but they fit in well with Dual Destiny’s themes of duality.
The Pokémon franchise has had many ups and downs, with Pokémon Go being one of its most well-known incarnations. The “Dual Destiny” event is sure to bring some changes to the game, with more Pokémon, revised moves, the ability to catch Basculin, with Red form in the US and Blue form in the UK, Gigantamax Lapras in Max Battles, and much much more. The event lasts from December 3rd to March 4th and is sure to be followed by the Unova Go Tour event shortly. Until then, be sure to have your mobile devices ready, and we’ll be here to catch all the news that comes.
