The recently closed Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser might be returning. The multi-day-long Star Wars-themed hotel stay at Disney’s Orlando theme park which shut down after not having nearly as much interest from the general public might once again open. Those who were on the last cruise, which ended on September 30 were given a poll. Those who were included were asked about their interest in the attraction, which according to sources “suggests to some that current [Disney] CEO Bob Iger and other Disney executives may be rethinking their decision to shutter the Starcruiser completely.”

Journalists, bloggers, and anyone who finished grad school were excluded from the poll. Those who participated were paid, given an NDA to sign, and were given a private survey where they were asked what they thought about “pre-arrival”, “On-board”, “In your room,” and “Overall”, and also asked what they thought about certain parts of the cruise including moments like “Return from Batuu” and “Dinner: Taste Around the Galaxy.”

The original Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser lasted for three days and two nights, charging over $4000 for the experience, and opened in March 2022. It is currently unknown if it will actually return.
