'Star Wars Outlaws' Appears To Be Looking At A Late 2024 Release Date
The galaxy of Star Wars has expanded in various forms of media, with one of them being video games. Fans have experienced different Star Wars stories in various games. This past summer, it was announced that game studio Ubisoft is developing the first ever open-world Star Wars game, called Star Wars Outlaws. There was no release date, but according to a new article, the game may be closer than we think.
The game has you play as Kay Vess, an emerging scoundrel seeking freedom and the means to start a new life. She is joined by her droid companion Nix. The game will let you explore a variety of distinct planets across the galaxy, some of which will be new. The game will be set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi.

There was no release date when the game was announced, but according to the Disney Parks Blog, fans should expect the game in 2024. Various outlets originally reported that the game would arrive “late 2024” but Ubisoft caught the error, and the outlets changed the date to just 2024. While the new release date doesn’t give any specifics, at least fans can have some hope that the game will come out sometime this year unless delays happen.
