Michael B. Jordan And Ryan Coogler To Team Up For A Secret Genre Movie
The filmmaker of the Black Panther films, Ryan Coogler, is teaming up with Michael B. Jordan for a secret genre project. Coogler has an original idea that he will be turning into a feature film, with Jordan set to star in it.
This project is under tight security. That is to say, Coogler wants it kept so secret that executives and buyers had to travel to Beverly Hills to see the details of what this project is. The meetings took place at the offices of WME, the agency representing Coogler and Jordan, last week. This week, interested parties will be meeting with Coogler to hear his vision directly, and set out their commitment for production.

A genre film is a wide-ranging term for a film that could fit within science fiction, fantasy, horror, thriller, and more besides. Supposedly, from sources who have seen some details about the film, it will have a period element to it.
