'Loki' Season 2 First Reactions Are Coming In, This Is What They Have To Say
The second season of Loki is soon to arrive on Disney+, with the first episode arriving on October 5. Those who were given early access to the first four episodes have now started posting their reactions to X (formerly Twitter), revealing that this might be the best TV series of the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far.
Rob Keyes has said that this second season has improved upon the first by being better, faster, and taking bigger swings. He also hints at a wild fourth episode. Erik Davis has also noted it being faster, or “a more frantic pace,” as he puts it. Davis also noted the great chemistry among the cast members, and that the story “is reminiscent of Marvel Studios at its best & most entertaining.”

Jenna Anderson says “The cinematography is outstanding, and the cast does a great job of carrying what could be a very overwhelming plot.” This second season of Loki is her “favourite thing Disney+ has released this year,” and the same could be said for Steven Weintraub. He noted that while most of the Marvel Studios series on Disney+ have disappointed him, Loki season 2 “is absolutely worth your time. Have seen 4 of the 6 episodes and they’re excellent.”
All very positive, then. The strong cast and story decisions from season 1 seem to have carried over to this second, with Tom Hiddleston’s Loki, Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvie, and Owen Wilson’s Mobius M. Mobius providing more of what people loved about them. Johnathon Majors looks to do great taking on the mannerisms of a different Kang the Conqueror variant in Victor Timely, and Ke Huy Quan’s O.B. is an absolute scene-stealer. The first episode of this second season of Loki arrives on Disney+ on October 5, with an episode released weekly every Thursday up until November 9.
