‘Lies Of P’ Sequel Confirmed To Be In Development

A sequel of Lies of P is in development from the publisher Neowiz. The follow-up will contain the game’s first downloadable content for players. When Lies of P debuted in the market, one million copies were sold throughout Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, PC and Mac.The narrative of the game is a new imagining of the classic Pinocchio tale.
Fans can expect a new patch this month which will bring “significant” changes to character and weapon balance along with a functionality to ease the difficulty level during the early starges of the game. A new outfit will be available from Alidoro featuring glasses and hats “for even greater freedom in character customization.”

Fans are eager to see a sequel to the game since the post-credit scenes featuring The Wizard of Oz’s Dorothy’s infamous ruby red slippers. A voiceover announced, “When I return, I will find her. For sure. Another key of ours. Dorothy.”

Game director Jiwon Choi, told IGN, “Our highest priority is developing the DLC and working on our sequel. The dev team is putting in significant effort, brainstorming and exploring different aspects of the projects.”
Also, Choi featured a brief tease to IGN for the upcoming patch by debuting two sketches of gameplay artwork.
