Kevin Smith Announces New 'Masters Of The Universe' Show Coming To Netflix

He-Man returns once again, after the success of Masters of the Universe: Revelations by Kevin Smith, Netflix is once again going to give the defender of Eternia another season, this time called He-Man Revolution. This series is set to take place after the events of Revelations and continue the story of He-Man and his allies as they battle the powers of Skeletor.
Revelations left off with Teela becoming the Sorcersses, Evil-Lyn defeated and redeemed, and Skeletor returning to Snake Mountain, defeated. Now it seems that a new force is on the rise, the evil forces of the Horde, led by the ruthless warlord Hordak. Revolution will hopefully continue with these various story threads. Revelation was so good and really expanded on the He-Man mythos, one can hope that Revolution will do the same.

The Master of the Universe IP has been seeing a renaissance as of late, first with the 2018 Netflix She-Ra by ND Stevenson, then Kevin Smith Revelation and a CGI show Master of the Universe. It’s always cool to see various franchises from the 80’s get another lease on life and hopefully it will make for some interesting stories in the future as we expand those universes for the modern age.
