'Invincible', 'Hazbin Hotel' & 'Sausage Party: Foodtopia' All Get Renewals From Prime Video

San Diego Comic-Con is a weekend full of announcements for renewals and upcoming new projects for many different companies, such as Prime Video, which announced that Hazbin Hotel, Invincible, and Sausage Party: Foodtopia are all receiving additional seasons. 

During Prime Video’s announcement session, exclusive third-season footage of The Legend of Vox Machina and a new series, Batman: Caped Crusader, was shown. 

Hazbin Hotel, developed by A24 and Bento Box Entertainment, will receive third and fourth seasons, and Sausage Party: Foodtopia will receive a second season. The food-featured animation project is a spin-off from the 2016 film and is executive produced by Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, James Weaver, and Alex McAtee.

October 3rd was announced as the premiere date for the third season of The Legend of Vox Machina. Invincible will receive a fourth season after the production received its first Emmy nomination for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance for Sterlin K. Brown. Executive producer Robert Kirkman revealed at a panel how the next season would debut the infamous blue super-suit, which Kirkman designed with Cory Walker and Ryan Ottley.

The exclusive footage of Batman: Caped Crusader debuted before the show’s world premiere screening on Saturday, July 27. Matt Reeves is the executive producer, and Warner Bros. Animation, Bad Robot Productions, and 6th & Idaho produce the show.
