An arrest warrant was issued on Monday for fallen Jackass star Bam Margera after he was involved in a “physical confrontation.” The Pennsylvania State Police issued a statement, giving some details about the situation, “on Sunday, April 23rd police were called to a residence in Chester County in the late morning in response to a disturbance.”

The warrant is one of many brushes with the law that Margera has faced over the years. Constantly struggling with substance abuse and mental illness, he has been in and out of rehab facilities and also alienating himself from the Jackass cast and his friends and family.

Bam’s older brother, Jess Margera confirmed the weekend encounter on Monday through his verified Twitter account:

Originally signed on to star in Jackass Forever, the fourth installment of the global phenomenon, Margera was fired from the film for violating a wellness clause, which required him to remain sober and subject to random drug testing throughout filming. He tested positive for Adderall, for which he had a prescription over the past 10 years. Margera in turn sued Paramount and Johnny Knoxville, which was eventually settled.

As of this writing, Bam Margera is still missing, with the State Police searching for the star. April Margera, Bam’s mother, spoke out, saying that he “...just needs to settle down and get it straight. We all love him so much, and we just want to help him, and we are not against him. We just want to try and get him help.”
