Show us the money because it’s time for investment. Private equity firms Aleph Capital Partners and Crestview Partners are looking to invest in Saber Interactive, a video game developer and publisher currently owned by Beacon Interactive. Saber Interactive is considered a leading figure in the gaming industry, with several high-profile titles under its belt, including WarZ and an upcoming remake of Knights of the Old Republic, along with numerous acquired development studios, including 3D Realms, New World Interactive, and 4A Games. Jamie Rahamim and Brian Cassidy will also be joining Saber's Board of Directors as a result of this transaction.

In this current era of downsizing and mergers, Saber Interactive has managed to keep itself afloat for the time being. No one knows what the future may hold, but this new investment will pay off the debt owed to former Saber parent Embracer Group and ensure some financial stability within the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company. Saber Interactive has been around for a quarter of a century and in that time, has expanded to over 1,000 developers around the world. The company is continuing to grow, and this investment is sure to help in that area. Saber Interactive’s future is looking brighter than ever.
