A New $500 Marvel LEGO Set Has Been Leaked Online
You have early shipments; we have a leak. A LEGO Hulkbuster set has appeared in a store in Jakarta, Indonesia. The 4,049 piece set, discovered on October 14, is expected to price at about $500 and is set #76210 as part of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes line, following a $350 Black Panther set with a T’Challa build.
While, of course, LEGO has been releasing sets in the Multiverse Saga since it began last year, it has not stopped them from backtracking. They’re still making bigger sets based on elements of the Infinity Saga they had yet to make at this scale. It puts an end to long speculation from the community hoping for a Daily Bugle-esque Avengers Tower set or a Spider-Man: No Way Home build containing all three Spideys. This isn’t the first Hulkbuster set, there’s been plenty, but it is definitely the largest.
From 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, it comes with a new Tony Stark minifigure and a plaque to indicate this is his Mark XLIX armor. Said minifigure is second with Stark in civilian garb. While the set is expected to be priced at $500, maxing out at $550, LEGO has not officially confirmed such information about an actual price point, let alone a release date. Measurement details for the final build have also not yet been disclosed.
