As we know, Cameron Monaghan is returning to his video game role as Cal Kestis for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. During a motion-capture session, the actor got a bit of coaching on how to move and fight as a Force user. Who better to give him some training tips than the Jedi master himself, Mark Hamill!

From the proper ways to hold a lightsaber to wrist techniques to facilitate the Jedi mind trick to very effective Force training with popcorn, Hamill showed Monaghan the ways of the Jedi. During the training session, Hamill even translated some wise words from BD-1, stating “no excuses.”

Jedi: Survivor takes place in 9 BBY, about five years after the events of Jedi: Fallen Order with the novel Star Wars Jedi: Battle Scars bridging the gap between the two games. The sequel follows Cal Kestis as he “must stay one step ahead of the Empire's constant pursuit” and “continues to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy,” according to the developer.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is dropping on April 28th, 2023! It will be available for PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
