With only a few days left until the Season 3 premiere of The Mandalorian, many of us are curious about what we can expect from the new season. Due to casting changes and the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been more than two years since we had a new episode of the fan-favorite series. We did get a few episodes with Mando and Grogu in The Book of Boba Fett, but there were still so many questions left unanswered!

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR THE MANDALORIAN SEASONS 1 AND 2, THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT, AND STAR WARS REBELS Season 4

5. Who Saved Grogu During Order 66?

The Clone Wars, The Bad Batch, and Obi-Wan Kenobi have revisited Order 66 to give us a better idea of what was happening across the galaxy. After learning in Season 2 that Grogu is Force-sensitive and has been through a lot of traumatic events, we are led to wonder where he was during Order 66 and how he survived

4. Will Sabine Wren Appear In The New Season?

The last time we saw Sabine Wren was in the Star Wars Rebels series finale with Ahsoka Tano. Since she has ties to Ahsoka, Mandalore, and Bo-Katan, I am curious to see if she will play a role in the new season since we are returning to Mandalore. If she does return, it will be interesting to see what role she will play.

3. What Path Will Din Djarin Choose?

One of the main focuses for this season is Djarin traveling to Mandalore to “fix his transgressions” which was taking off his helmet in the Season 2 finale. I am curious to see if he will continue to follow the “old ways” or if he will choose a path similar to Bo-Katan, Boba Fett, and Sabine Wren.

2. How Did Moff Gideon Get The Darksaber?

Fans of Star Wars Rebels know that Sabine Wren was the rightful wielder of the weapon until she convinced Bo-Katan to take it and rule Mandalore. That is the last time we see it until The Mandalorian Season 1 finale when Moff Gideon appears with the weapon. Hopefully, Bo-Katan will explain how it was taken when we see her in Season 3.

1. What Is The Actual Mandalorian Code?

While the Mandalorian Code has been a major plot point and topic of conversation throughout the series, we don’t actually know what it is. We are given glimpses of it when it comes to helmets, Mandalorian armor, and foundlings, but there are so many questions about what it really says. I hope that we will finally see an actual code since the new season will be taking us to Mandalore.

The Mandalorian Seasons 1 and 2 are currently streaming on Disney+, and Season 3 is set to hit the platform on Wednesday, March 1.
