4. The Villian Of The Upcoming Fantastic Four May Have Been Revealed

With the announcement of the new Fantastic Four movie, there have been many various rumors that have come out about it. The newest one, however, is that of the villain in the film. It has reportedly been revealed that Antonio Banderas will play the villain Galactus in the upcoming movie.

According to MyTimeToShine, a known Twitter scooper, they have revealed that Antonio Banderas has been cast as Galactus. Alex Perez, of The Cosmic Circus, added fuel to this rumor, by resharing a gif he posted on April 20th. The casting rumor comes after the Galactus rumor was released.

Banderas most recently played the villain in the video game adaptation of Uncharted. So he is no stranger to playing bad guys, and he certainly has the resume to play the famous villain, who will most likely be a significant player in the MCU

The Silver Surfer, a rumored Special Presentation on Disney+ will most likely come first, and the role will still need to be cast.

Fantastic Four will arrive in theaters on February 14th, 2025.

3. Rumored Early Draft Of Damon Lindelof’s Project

Star Wars films are always an exciting thing to watch being developed, they go through various iterations, various drafts, and sometimes even various writers and directors.

Recently, Bespin Bulletin reported that according to Jeff Sneider of the Hot Mic, the New Jedi Order Movie, directed by Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy and starring Daisy Ridley, was originally going to have this film take place 60 years after The Rise of Skywalker and star an elderly Rey, even going as far as considering the actress Helen Mirren to play the part. Of course, the film seems to have gone in a different direction and Lindelof has left the project for Steven Knight. This also may add to the rumor that Star Yaha Abdul-Maheen II may also have left the project.

It would have been interesting to see a more extended time jump into the future, but ultimately many fans have wanted to see the return of Daisy Ridley. So while it may have been an interesting direction to take a film in concept, in execution it might not have been the best way forward in an ever-growing Star Wars Expanded Universe.

2. Is Tango Gameworks Ready To Take On Multiplayer? Job Listing Suggests Yes

Rumors are swirling around the gaming industry that Tango Gameworks, the renowned Japanese game development studio, is looking to expand into the world of multiplayer gaming. The speculation was sparked by a recent job listing for an Environment Designer at Zenimax, which owns Tango Gameworks. The listing stated that candidates must have experience in multiplayer game development.

Tango Gameworks has made a name for itself in the gaming world with its critically acclaimed single-player titles such as “Hi-Fi Rush” "The Evil Within" and "Ghostwire: Tokyo". All games feature immersive environments, intricate storytelling, and challenging gameplay. However, the studio has yet to venture into the realm of multiplayer gaming, leaving fans wondering what they have in store.

The addition of an experienced multiplayer developer to the Tango Gameworks team could signify that the studio is indeed planning to create a game with co-op features. This would be an exciting change of pace for the studio, as it would provide an opportunity to explore new gameplay mechanics and offer players a fresh experience. It's important to note that the job listing doesn't necessarily confirm that Tango Gameworks is currently developing a multiplayer game. However, it does suggest that the studio is at least exploring the possibility. It's also possible that the multiplayer experience could be incorporated into an upcoming single-player title, providing players with the best of both worlds.

If Tango Gameworks is indeed working on a multiplayer game, fans can expect a high level of quality and attention to detail. The studio has a reputation for creating immersive worlds that captivate players and keep them engaged from start to finish. Adding multiplayer to the mix would only enhance the experience and provide players with even more reasons to keep coming back.

In conclusion, the rumors surrounding Tango Gameworks' possible foray into multiplayer gaming have sparked excitement and anticipation among fans. While there's no official word yet on what the studio is working on, the job listing for an experienced multiplayer developer suggests that something exciting could be in the works. We'll have to wait and see what Tango Gameworks has in store for us next.

1. Leaked Image Of Ahsoka Outfit From Celebration Seems To Suggest Inspiration From Fan Art

Since Star Wars Celebration earlier this month, images leaked all over the internet of the Ahsoka series that comes out in August. From the trailer to stills of Thrawn’s face, you’ll have to dig deep on the internet to find them since Disney is pretty hawkish about that stuff.

One of the shots shows Ahsoka and Sabine in what looks to be the cockpit of the Ghost. Ahsoka’s dressed in some sort of blue clothes with what look to be white or silver pauldrons on her shoulder. This could suggest a call back to some Jedi armor.

A Twitter user (@LAahsokathinker) thought it looked familiar and tweeted that it did look rather similar to some art by Megan Huang of what live-action Ahsoka costumes could look like. One of them, called “The Aloy” is the variation in question. It does look pretty close. Perhaps the inspiration for Ahsoka’s costume came from fans, but the timing may be off. Either way, if that is armor in the shot, it will be exciting to see Ahsoka back in some armor.

With The Mandalorian over for this season, and summer quickly approaching, the trailer is due to come out soon. Perhaps when it’s released, Filoni and others will share where the inspiration came from.
