Taika’s Movie Still Ongoing

With the WGA Strike coming to an end it will seem we may be entering a new era of Star Wars rumors as things are allowed to be written again. Recently reported by reliable leaker Bespin Bulletin that according to Jeff Sneider on the podcast known as the Hot Mic, he reported that Taika Watiti is still involved with Star Wars and will hopefully shortly be a draft for a future movie.

It is unknown what the Lucasfilm theatrical world will be like in the coming years. All that is known is that they are working on the Rey New Jedi Order film at the moment. What comes after that is yet to be said. Some speculated it will be Dave Filoni’s Mando movie but others aren’t as sure. But is good to know Lucasfilm still has many things in the works and that more Star Wars is coming.

‘Far Cry 7’ Story Details Have Been Leaked

Ubisoft has been hard at work developing the newest game in the Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The new game comes out on October 5th. With the newest installment of this series completed, it's time to shift focus to the other popular Ubisoft series, Far Cry. It appears that new plot details about the upcoming Far Cry game have been leaked online.

According to Insider Gaming, the next installment is being referred to as Project Blackbird internally. It is scheduled to be released in the Fall of 2025 and will be developed by Ubisoft Montreal. The game will shift engines, and move from Dunia to Snowdrop.

Sources however said that the next installment will be a non-linear story, and will focus on rescuing the player's kidnapped family. The game will revolve around a wealthy family, that is eventually kidnapped by a conspiracy group, currently called the Sons of Truth. While the game still has a while to go, the basis is that the player will have to rescue their family members. With the story being non-linear, not every family member needs to be rescued, and some can even die, which would impact the story. The goal of the game is to take down the Sons of Truth.

The game will also introduce a new interrogation tactic. To rescue your family, you need information, and this new mechanic could impact saving your family. They could give the information you need, lie, or even run away. Whatever the case may be, it will be a while until we see anything about this game.
