2. Sony Is Developing A New Handheld Console, Reveals Hardware Leaker

After releasing the PlayStation Portal, a remote-play device that links with the PS5, last year, it seems Sony could once again be making a dedicated handheld gaming device. Known hardware leaker ‘Moore’s Law Is Dead’ has stated that such a device is in the works, using a custom AMD APU.

That AMD APU is said to be in the High-Level Design Phase, “at least two years out, and technically not greenlit for launch yet.” By talking with developers, ‘Moore’s Law Is Dead’ feels the new handheld could natively play the PlayStation 4 catalog with no issues. It’s also possible that should the device have the ability for backward compatibility, select PlayStation 5 games could be playable on it.

Since AMD also has a contract for the PlayStation 6, it could be that Sony is seeing the success of the Nintendo Switch and is planning to have cross-compatibility with a home console and handheld to cater to both audiences. This is also something that ‘Moore’s Law Is Dead’ feels could be possible by talking with developers.

Sony first entered the handheld console market with the PlayStation Portable in 2005 (December 2004 in Japan), where it failed to compete with the Nintendo DS. In the following generation, Sony brought out the PlayStation Vita to compete with the Nintendo 3DS. Despite it being more powerful, the Sony handheld again failed to compete with Nintendo. Could it be possible that this third time is the charm?

1. Hayden Christensen Will Return In 'Ahsoka’ Season 2

Ahsoka Tano has been the most recent Star Wars character to get her own show. While the live-action show focused on her, it was also a continuation of Star Wars Rebels, and could even be considered a season 5. It followed Ahsoka on her journey to help Sabine Wren track down Ezra Bridger. Unfortunately, finding Ezra also meant finding Grand Admiral Thrawn. The two of them were successful in finding Ezra, but Thrawn was able to make his grand escape and will become a formidable villain in the upcoming Mandoverse content. Season 2 has been confirmed to be in development, which many fans are excited for. This opens up the story to include more of the characters we saw in the show, including Hayden Christensen.

The Hayden Christensen renaissance is in full swing. He returned as Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader in Obi-Wan Kenobi and, most recently, Ahsoka. We saw him don the clone war armor, that his animated counterpart wore, and saw him help Ahsoka in the World Between Worlds. Ultimately, we saw him as a force ghost looking at Ahsoka and Sabine. A new rumor by DanielRPK suggests that Hayden will be returning for Ahsoka season 2.

Even though we saw a lot of their story during The Clone Wars, there is still more you can pull to live action. It would be exciting to see Hayden return as Anakin once again, and interact with Ahsoka. Since we know Luke and Ahsoka have interacted, it’s possible that we could even see force ghost Anakin interact with Luke, which could be interesting. Whatever happens, hopefully, we get to see Hayden Christensen in Star Wars once again.
