Xbox And Bethesda Will Present A Developer_Direct Livestream Later This Month

The rumours are revealed to be true as Microsoft announces the Developer_Direct event, set for January 25, that will see the development studios of Microsoft and Bethesda showcase their games.

The confirmed games that will appear at the event are The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, Minecraft Legends, and Redfall. These are likely not the only games that will feature, as both Microsoft and Bethesda have other previously announced games that have seen little info revealed on them.

Games such as Fable, Avowed, and Everwild, and expansions for current games such as the second expansion for Forza Horizon 5. The one game that will not feature is Starfield. That game will be getting its own dedicated showcase.

Along with the four confirmed games to be shown comes details of what the developers will be showing about them. For The Elder Scrolls Online, Studio Director Matt Firor will be unveiling the next major Chapter update to the game. The team on Forza Motorsport will be sharing more gameplay and details, likely giving fans a new track to admire.

Mojang Studios will give an inside look at the PvP multiplayer of Minecraft Legends. Arkane Austin will present several minutes of gameplay for both the solo and multiplayer modes of Redfall.

The event will be livestreamed on both Xbox and Bethesda YouTube and Twitch channels at 12:00 PT / 15:00 ET on January 25. More details about the event are likely to be shared before the day, with the announcement saying to stay tuned to Xbox and Bethesda social media channels for more about the Developer_Direct.
