Three New Games Released For PlayStation Plus This Month, Have You Downloaded Them?

Crash Bandicoot, Arcadegeddon, Man of Medan

On the first Tuesday of each month, PlayStation releases three free titles for members of PlayStation Plus to download and enjoy. This month's titles for PlayStation Plus Essential, the bottom tier of Sony's revamped membership system, make up one of the stronger months for PlayStation Plus members I've seen this year. Including Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan, and Arcadegeddon. This month there seems to be something for everyone, including horror fans.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time

Released in October 2020, It's About Time takes fans back to the fun platforming antics of everyone's favorite jeans-wearing Bandicoot, Crash, and his friends. It seems that Uka Uka is back at his evil ways again, freeing himself Neo Cortex and N. Tropy from their prison. The game retains its platforming gameplay with the addition of Quantum Masks, which can change the level or help players traverse obstacles. For fans of the franchise, this entry marks the return of Crash and Coco Bandicoot, and frankly, It's About Time.

Arcadeggedon

A four-person coop shooter lets you and your friends explore multiple ever-changing biomes. As well as find hidden chests and defeat enemy bosses. It's a cooperative multiplayer game that blends elements of PVP and PVE into an all-encompassing experience. As you continue to play and progress, extra challenges will become available to you, sometimes mid-level, causing you and your friends to turn on one another for extra loot.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan

The Dark Pictured Anthology is a cinematic storytelling horror game made by Supermassive Games. Focusing on the same playstyle as Detroit: Become Human and Heavy Rain, the game is a more hands-off experience than the other two releases this month. However, don't let that discourage you. Man of Medan features five friends on a holiday diving trip that soon find themselves involved in something much darker. And if you, much like myself, need a hand to hold through the terror of a ghost ship, then fret not; Man of Medan has an online coop and supports up to five people in offline mod
