Moviegoers have enjoyed James Cameron’s lush world of Pandora in his Avatar movies. Now, gamers can explore the Na’vi jungle with Ubisoft’s new game Avatar: The Frontiers of Pandora. The studio announced the game with the first trailer. The game is a first-person shooter that will focus on an unnamed Na’vi trained in the ways of the Resources Development Administration.

When the RDA left Pandora, this Na’vi and several others were put to sleep. The character wakes up to find a peaceful jungle planet and learns how to live as a traditional Na’vi. Eventually, the RDA returns and attacks the planet, leading the player character to use a mix of Na’vi and RDA weapons to defend her home. James Cameron has confirmed that the video game is canon to Avatar: The Way of Water.
