Season Two Of 'Arcane' Set To Release In 2024

Arcane fans rejoice! After years of anticipation, audiences of the critically acclaimed animated series have received a major update on the possible release window for Season Two. This update comes courtesy of the ‘X’ account @LeagueOfLeaks, which revealed the release window for Season Two was unveiled by Riot Games at the 2024 Tencent Video V Vision Conference.
According to the leak, fans can expect Arcane Season Two to arrive on Netflix sometime during Q4 (Winter) 2024. While there is no exact release date on the horizon, this release window places the arrival of season two over a year away, and roughly three years after the release of the first season. Sadly, this means Arcane fans will have to wait a while longer before their favorite characters return, though this is not entirely unexpected considering the mind-blowing animation the series has become notorious for, courtesy of French animation studio Fortiche.

For those not in the know, Arcane: League of Legends is a prequel to the League of Legends video game, reimagining various characters from the game. In addition to animation quality surpassing most major 3DCG productions, the series was also praised for its mature storytelling and stacked cast, including Hailee Steinfeld, Ella Purnell, Katie Leung, Reed Shannon and Jason Spisak.
While further details on Arcane Season Two are scarce, we can expect more information to be released as we come closer to the highly anticipated return of the series.
