Fans of the old Star Wars expanded universe (now known as Star Wars Legends) now have more options to experience some of their favorite novels in audiobook form. Marc Thompson will be narrating Survivor's Quest, Outbound Flight, Wraith Squadron, Iron Fist, and I, Jedi. January LaVoy narrates The Courtship of Princess Leia and Jonathan Davis and reads Yoda: Dark Rendezvous. All seven books are unabridged.

Outbound Flight details a republic mission between The Phantom Menace and Attack of The Clones to have Jedi help a group of civilians who want to leave the Star Wars galaxy to colonize another and run into smuggler groups, and the Chiss, who are dealing with the Far Outsiders, also known as the Yuuzhan Vong preparing their invasion. Survivor’s Quest deals with the aftermath a few decades later immediately before the Yuuzhan Vong war, both written by Timothy Zahn. I, Jedi follow Jedi knight Corran Horn, and is written by Michael Stackpole.

Wraith Squadron and Iron Fist are two books in the X-Wing series featuring Wedge Antilles and are both written by the late Aaron Allston. The Courtship of Princess Leia is written by Dave Wolverton and focuses on the budding romance between the titular character and Han Solo. Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, focuses on Yoda’s viewpoint on the Clone Wars with a special focus on his former master/apprenticeship relationship with Count Dooku, and is written by Sean Stewart.
