Pedro Pascal To Film Scenes For 'The Mandalorian And Grogu' Later This Year
When creating a movie, keeping a schedule is key. A new Star Wars film is currently in production, and it seems like they’re staying on track so far. According to The Hollywood Reporter, not only are Fantastic Four (2025) shoots keeping Pedro Pascal busy for the latter portion of the year but shoots for The Mandalorian and Grogu are also tying his schedule up! This will be the first Star Wars film in theaters since Star Wars: Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker (2019).
Jon Favreau will direct The Mandalorian and Grogu. Dave Filoni will join Favreau to write the movie. Not much is known about the cast and character line-up beyond the titular duo, but Star Wars Rebels character Garazeb Orrelios was featured in the trailer revealed at D23; the character made his first live-action appearance in season three, episode five of The Mandalorian.
