Nicholas Lloyd Webber, Son of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Has Passed Away

Composer and music producer Nicholas Lloyd Webber, son of one of the biggest names on Broadway, Andrew Lloyd Webber, passed away on Saturday of gastric cancer. He was only 43.
Lloyd Webber broke the news that evening:
“I am shattered to have to announce that my beloved elder son Nick died a few hours ago in Basingstoke hospital. His whole family is gathered together and we are all totally bereft. Thank you for all your thoughts during this difficult time.”
News of the cancer was first broken to the public a weekend before by Lloyd Webber when he missed the opening to Bad Cinderella on March 23rd to be with his son in the hospital.
