Look up in the sky, it’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s… you get the idea. Superman has just released a new sneak peek trailer on YouTube, and it’s already got almost 10,000,000 views. Director James Gunn’s take on the Man of Steel is taking the world by storm, after the controversial take introduced in the movie titled Man of Steel. Despite Henry Cavill’s performance, the film’s content proved to be a major sticking point for fans of the character. Hopefully, this new take will be more accepted, and you can see for yourself in the video linked below.

James Gunn is directing this new take on Superman. Starring David Corenswet as the titular character, this new take on the iconic superhero wishes to take him back to his roots as an icon of hope. Other cast members include Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult, Isabel Merced, Edi Gathegi, Nathan Fillion, Sara Sampaio, Anthony Carrigan, Pruitt Taylor Vince, and Neva Howell.
