Gerald Robotnik’s Journal' Gets A 2000s-Styled Commercial

As a fun little bonus, the presentation showed off one of the pre-order bonuses, Gerald Robotnik’s Journal, with a commercial reminiscent of something you’d see back in 2002 advertising something like Zoo Books. The commercial advertises the journal as being a publication for “absolutely no one” that delves deep into the mind of the grief-stricken scientist. Throughout the commercial, the professor himself attempts to hijack the broadcast. Gerald Robotnik’s Journal will come with any physical pre-order of Sonic X Shadow Generations.

The presentation ended with a video focusing on the Sonic Cinematic Universe meant as a thank you to the fans. Director Jeff Fowler promises that there are still more stories to tell even after Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and that there will be plenty of surprises and easter eggs in the upcoming film. This year’s Sonic Central was full of plenty of interesting surprises and announcements for the blue blur, and it’s clear that there is more to come.
