Latest 'Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves' Trailer Shows Never-Before-Seen Footage Of Adrenaline-Fueled Fun
Amidst the recent controversy surrounding Dungeons and Dragons and Wizards of the Coast, Paramount has released the latest trailer for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves with new footage never seen before. The last trailer dropped six months ago during San Diego Comic-Con 2022. Now, as we draw closer to the film’s premiere in March 2023, fans can expect to see more action and more humor in the upcoming film.
The trailer opens with Holga the Barbarian (Michelle Rodriguez) and Edgin the Bard (Chris Pine) seemingly accepting their fates at the hands of an axe-wielding brute. With a successful “deception roll,” Holga catches their captor off-guard, launching into a series of attacks. Meanwhile, Edgin hilariously works to cut the rope binding his hands.

Our party of adventurers has apparently stolen the wrong thing for the wrong person and unleashed “the greatest evil the world has ever known.” While the previous trailer only shows a brief glimpse at the film’s antagonist, the audience finally gets to see the Red Wizards in their full scarlet glory, as well as their army of undead. This is clearly a force to be reckoned with.
In addition to the high-octane fights against a myriad of creatures from the Dungeons and Dragons bestiary, the different personalities in the party express their own opinions on the matter, making light of what should be a rather grievous situation. From the impassive paladin (Regé-Jean Page) to the young sorcerer (Justice Smith) pointing out the obvious, the audience will be laughing as they see their favorite characters and creatures come to life.
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves premieres on March 31, 2023.
