'Kingdom Hearts: Missing Link' Closed Beta Is Recruiting In the UK And Australia

Fans of the long-running game franchise “Kingdom Hearts” won’t have to wait much longer for the next installment in the series…if they’re in the UK or Australia. Square Enix, the studio behind the Kingdom Hearts games, has launched a teaser for their latest game Kingdom Hearts: Missing-Link, which will be released worldwide on IOS and Android next year.

Ahead of the game’s release next year, Square Enix is launching a closed beta in the UK and Australia, giving select players early access to the game. Registration for the closed beta is open now and closes on November 19th. The closed beta will then run from November 29th to December 8th.

The Kingdom Hearts series is a collaboration between the Walt Disney Company and Japanese game studio Square Enix, bringing iconic Disney and Pixar characters together in new fantasy adventures spanning multiple games and spinoffs across several generations of consoles, as well as mobile games and VR, with the first game publishing in 2002 on the PlayStation 2. The series has also seen multiple manga adaptations, though there has yet to be an adaptation for film and television, as of 2020 there is an adaptation in the works at Disney, though there is no further information right now.
