However, the recent Valentine's Day artwork release has sparked a new wave of speculation-will the film be set on an alternate Earth? Kevin Feige's recent comments on The Official Marvel podcast seem to confirm this intriguing possibility.

“There were a lot of smart people who noticed that that cityscape didn’t look exactly like the New York that we know or that existed in the ’60s in our world. Those are smart observations, I’ll say,” Kevin Feige said on The Official Marvel Podcast.

As more details about the upcoming Fantastic Four film emerge, fans are eagerly anticipating its release. Among all the projects Marvel Studios has in the pipeline, Kevin Feige's excitement for this film is unparalleled.

“I’m extremely excited by it because I think [The Fantastic Four} are mainstays, are legendary pillars of the Marvel Universe that we’ve never gotten to play with or explore in a significant way out of Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness and a few fun teases before, in the way that we’re doing it in that film…So I’m extremely excited for that.”

The Fantastic Four debuts in theatres on July 25, 2025.
