Fans have been excited since it was announced that Charlie Cox would be taking up the mantle of Daredevil again. We have a release date, a working series title, and even seen Cox himself in the new yellow outfit; but one thing we’ve been left wondering is if any of the legacy cast members from the Netflix series will be reprising their roles. It turns out we’re not alone and one of those cast members is just as curious as us.

With Vincent D’Onofrio’s return as Kingpin in Hawkeye, there has been a lot of speculation about other actors remaining attached to their characters. Deborah Ann Woll, who played Karen Page on the Netflix series, was on the podcast Inside of You hosted by Michael Rosenbaum who famously played Lex Luthor on the series Smallville.

She was asked whether or not she would be back playing Karen Page and had this to say,

“I can say this: they have not called me yet. So, as of now, I am not a part of it… I would be thrilled to get to be a part of it. They know where I am. Like I said, I love the character Karen Page. I love telling that story. I feel like I have more to say. But it is up to them what kind of story that they want to tell… The Marvel series feels unfinished to me because we got canceled when we thought we were going to have more… There’s a part of me that was like, ‘I had more to say about Karen,’ and I felt I was in the middle of that story.”

So if you’re wondering if you will see your favorite supporting character reprising their role, you’re not alone. There is still plenty of time before the Spring 2024 release window and the working title Daredevil: Born Again, is a reference to a very dark storyline that heavily featured Karen Page. Stay posted as we get closer to the release for more news.
