'Captain America 4' Gets A Title, Logo, And Release Update
The fourth installment to the Captain America movie franchise has gotten a bit of a makeover since the last update. Formerly titled New World Order, the film is now called Captain America: Brave New World. With the updated title also comes a new movie logo. This logo, from what is visible, features silver primary text to announce the franchise with smaller red text to present the title of the film itself. A silvery-white splotch of color backlights the whole title.
Not only did the project get a name change and logo update, but it also got a solid release update! The film will hit theaters on May 3, 2024. News about a Disney+ release window hasn’t been announced yet, though if the film is a theater exclusive it will likely follow a pattern similar to other theatrically-released Marvel movies.
This was revealed by Marvel Studios on Twitter, featuring Harrison Ford and Anthony Mackie in a sharp-looking Captain America costume.
The plot specificities for Captain America: Brave New World are still being kept under wraps. With a release date in the bag, details will likely follow as it approaches. The film will see Sam Wilson further develop the persona and moniker of Captain America into his own thing following his acceptance of the shield in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
