This past Christmas season, the most beloved film studio of all time that creates unique masterpieces on the level of The Godfather and Casablanca teamed up with the Kansas City Chiefs, a universally beloved football team that everybody supports and has no controversy surrounding it, to make a Christmas movie. Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story told the story of a superfan of the Chiefs and her falling in love with someone from the Chiefs’ front office. Not to be outdone, one of the main rivals of the Chiefs, the Buffalo Bills, is also taking a crack at it.

No plot or cast has been revealed, but it will premiere this year during Hallmark’s annual Countdown to Christmas. While we don’t know many details, it will certainly feature many people involved with the Bills organization, just like the Chiefs’ film did, and it has been confirmed that filming will be shot on location around Buffalo, especially Highmark Stadium where the Bills play. Both Hallmark and the Bills are excited about the opportunity, with Bills COO Pete Guelli stating: “We were honored to be approached by Skydance Sports to participate in this amazing project that will showcase two powerful brands -- Hallmark and the Buffalo Bills. This is just another example of how the Bills brand and our amazing fan base continues to grow across the sports and entertainment landscape.”
