The Marvels is the newest upcoming Marvel movie and is set to release in November. The latest trailer for the movie was just released and it looks awesome.  The Captain Marvel sequel will follow Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan as team up together to save the universe.

The newest trailer starts with a conversation between Carol Danvers and Nick Fury. They exchange friendly banter, and it appears that Carol has been in space for a while. A new villain seems to be in the cards and is not happy with Carol. We see the villain use a bangle, similar to the one Kamala Khan uses for her powers. Their powers are all now entangled, and they switch places anytime they use them. Monica then explains how they each have different abilities regarding their light powers. Carol can absorb light, Monica can see it, and Kamala can use it and turn it into physical matter.

The trailer then goes into various fight sequences with our heroes, and some ship combat is involved. At one point, Kamala throws a gun at iIck Fury in a fight, which she was probably pretty excited about. Carol and Monica have heart to heart. Each of their powers is highlighted throughout the trailer, and how they use their powers together to defeat their common enemy. Goose also makes an appearance once again, and scares Kamala the first time their powers are used.

From the trailer, it appears that The Marvels will keep the same charm from the first movie, and will be an interesting story.  It will be a continuation of Carol Danvers's story, and for the first time, we will get to see Monica Rambeau in action, after she acquired her powers during the events of Wandavision. Even though we got a glimpse of it in the trailer, it will be great to see how all their powers work together.

The Marvels releases in theaters on November 10, 2023.
