A New Trailer For Marvel's 'Thor: Love And Thunder' Has Released Online

Thor: Love and Thunder

“Get the popcorn out. He’s gonna do a speech.”

Another action-packed trailer for Marvel's upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder was released online. The movie will be released exclusively in theaters on July 8th as opposed to a dual release which has become more common in recent years. Taika Waititi’s latest film is expected to be just as good as his previous entry in Thor's story. However, an interesting note in the trailer is that Korg's part seems to be much expanded in this movie compared to Thor: Ragnarok.

The trailer opens with Thor taking up Stormbreaker as he calls out to his fellow Asgardians. We cut to several fast flashes showcasing Thor, Valkyrie, Korg, Mighty Thor, and Gorr the God Butcher before it is right back to Thor in a toga hurling what appear to be lightning chains that were restraining him. After another short scene, a hooded Gorr reveals himself declaring, "All gods will die."

We then finish up with Thor and his companions entering into battle as raging flames whip around them. Thor slams Stormbreaker into the ground before we end with a glimpse of what promises to be an epic showdown between Thor and Gorr.

If this trailer is any indication of the pacing of the movie, fans of Thor: Ragnarok should be extremely happy when they set foot in theaters in July.
