A New 'Inspector Gadget' Game Has Been Announced For All Platforms

Go Go Gadget unexpected announcement! Nearly 13 years after Inspector Gadget MAD Dash was released on iOS devices and just in time for the franchise’s 30th anniversary, a new title featuring everyone’s favorite bumbling cyborg detective has been announced. Inspector Gadget MAD Time Party is a one to four-player party adventure title being developed by Smart Tale and published by Microids that will have the player free Metro City from the evil clutches of Dr. Claw by facing off against three of Gadget’s ancestors who have been transported to the present due to the time machine Gadget intended to use to go to the past to stop Dr. Claw.

The player will complete mini-games and face off against the three ancestors in order to collect bolts to repair the time machine. Inspector Gadget MAD Time Party will feature 16 fun mini-games inspired by the world of Inspector Gadget, iconic locations from the show, and a soundtrack by Tanis Chalopin, the daughter of the creator of the original 1983 Inspector Gadget cartoon, Jean Chalopin. The game is set to be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, and PC through the Steam and Epic Game Stores in September of this year.
