Ahead of the release of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, a new featurette has been released to Twitter that focuses on the legendary man behind the music, John Williams. For over 60 years, Williams has been scoring movies, creating iconic themes for characters, locations, and memories, such as Hymn To The Fallen from Saving Private Ryan, the Main Title theme from Star Wars, and The Raiders March from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. That theme is highlighted within this featurette.

The two minutes long featurette sees Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy, and Harrison Ford talking about how Williams’ scores give the films a unique identity. That weaves the music to the action in a way that gives detail to what’s happening in a powerful way and celebrating the legacy that Williams has given to the Indiana Jones series and that instantly from-the-first-three-notes recognisable theme of The Raiders March that has become synonymous with the character of Indiana Jones.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will arrive in theatres on June 30 and will be Harrison Ford’s last time playing the titular archaeologist. Seeing the return of an old rival who is intent on claiming a powerful, ancient artifact, Indy once again rises to the occasion with whip in hand and iconic hat firmly on his head.
