When the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania trailer dropped on Monday, there was plenty to be excited over, like seeing Jonathan Majors be the genuine Kang fully suited up or Kathryn Newton as Cassie, or even that first glimpse of Bill Murray, as unfortunately-timed as it may be. But there was one actor in particular, who may have gotten the funniest line in the trailer, but also caught the attention of many on Twitter. So who is he?

The café owner saying “Thank you, Spider-Man!” to a departing Scott Lang (played again by Paul Rudd) is played by Ruben Rabasa, who is probably best known for playing a focus group participant in a sketch on Netflix’s I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, giving ideas for features to be included in a new car model. So you see, what this movie really needs is a good steering wheel. To avoid overexplaining his part in the sketch, it will be embedded, but you may have seen him, as he is the person uttering “Oh my god! He admits it!” in that gif you’ve probably seen when facades in Twitter arguments break. Maybe the café owner thinks the quantum realm is the right size for a car. Coincidentally, one of the other participants is named Paul, and Rabasa’s character starts taunting him about his car ideas and his mother-in-law. Entertaining bottle-flipping wagers along the way with a thick accent, it’s all fun.

But is it possible that we’ve seen him before? Yeah actually. Rabasa appeared in season 2, episode 12 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. “Who You Are”. His character Cardozo was a balloon salesman in Portugal who witnesses the battle between Sif and Vin-Tak. A lot can change in ten years. The Falcon and The Winter Soldier touches on what the snap did in terms of migration and borders. Until the café owner ends up named it’s easy to believe Cardozo can make his way up to America and start up a coffee shop. Rabasa has also appeared in a 2019 episode of This Is Us, the infamous 2011 Adam Sandler film Jack and Jill, an episode of Criminal Minds the same year, and further back recurred on the Nickelodeon series Taina as Papito. Welcome back to the MCU, Cardozo, may you be fonder of your mother-in-law than the focus group guy.
