Could you be the Chosen One? FinanceBuzz is looking for a Wookiee Rookie, a Star Wars newbie, to embark on a unique journey through the Skywalker saga by consuming all nine films. To compensate for the winner’s time, they will earn $1000 plus $100 to cover the streaming costs, snacks, or a lightsaber! The assignment starts with Episode IV: A New Hope and ends with Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker. If you're wondering why they’re not starting with Episode I, you may be the outlet’s target audience.

FinanceBuzz wants to answer the question: Is watching the franchise worth it? The outlet thought it made the most sense to seek an answer to said question in celebration of Star Wars Day on May the Fourth. The idea is to have the selected candidate view all nine Skywalker saga films as an outsider of the franchise and then offer their perspective.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Have never watched any Star Wars movie.
Have never watched any Star Wars television shows.
Have never played any Star Wars video games.
Must be based in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years or older.
