Marvel Fan's Insane Reaction To 'She-Hulk' Episode 5
In episode 5 of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, Jennifer Walters faces down one of man's greatest foes- trademark litigation. Jen is surrounded by a brand media blitz to back up Titania's legal case, splashed across TV, billboards, and even the usual drone of a car radio. She can't escape from the blush-pink marketing crush of Titania's design- nor escape mansplaining, as her cousin Ched does for trademark law. Jen and Nikki Ramos visit a Goop-esque party hosted by Titania- Jen's attempt to talk to Titania gets rebuffed- and she gets roped into playing photographer for one of Titania's fans. Back at the firm, Pugliese tries to get his hands on the Iron Man 3 sneakers by asking Ramos for help and the pair end up loaded with counterfeit 'Avongers' merchandise, thanks to Ramos's 'boba shop' connection.
Mallory Book is then assigned to take on Jen's trademark case. In the first hearing, Titania upsells her perfume and plays a recording of Walters denying the She-Hulk name- Book rebuts with video evidence to the contrary. Jen and Nikki visit Luke Jacobson to replace her boxy court suit. The pair then realise they can use She-Hulk's dating profile- and terrible history of dates- to bolster the case. This evidence- the profile, and testimony from some of She-Hulk's previous dates- causes the court to rule in Jen's favour. Titania makes it clear that the two will see one another again. Post-judgement, Book and Jen bond over drinks, with a sense of newfound respect- and the episode ends with a sly reveal of what appears to be Daredevil's yellow helmet.
