The CW Revealed Footage For 'Superman & Lois' Season 3 And 'Gotham Knights' In New Promos

During the Critics’ Choice Awards Sunday night on The CW, two promos debuted for their upcoming Tuesday night lineup of Superman & Lois and Gotham Knights. While the latter was very much a series trailer, it wasn’t as clear how much ground was being covered for the former.

The Superman & Lois trailer is only about 30 seconds. This season Lois may not only be possibly pregnant, but she goes missing, seemingly captured, drawing ire from her father. John and Clark go out to find her, making a superhero landing in front of a building set aflame. We also get first glimpses of the new Jonathan, Michael Bishop, with Jordan, including their father's assurance about going forward while their mother is gone. Lois calls out to Clark as he hurriedly flies out to save her, apparently amid some building collapse. And the Daily Planet globe comes crashing down too, amongst other problems.

As for Gotham Knights, its minute-long trailer starts with Harvey Dent (played by Misha Collins) interrogating Duela over the death of Bruce Wayne. Turner Hayes (Oscar Morgan) is taken in on suspicion of financial motive. The trailer asks “When Batman falls, will Gotham follow?” as the city devolves further into lawlessness. Bruce’s final Robin, Carrie Kelley (Navia Robinson) asks the ragtag group of Hayes and the villain kids to come with her, as they turn into hated and hunted vigilantes. Both shows begin their runs this season on March 14 on The CW.
